That was the whole point to my journal, how does one really know they are alive, at least you are alive enough to question your self. and thats probably all you will ever need.

Hmmmm.....I know I am alive because- I Am.

.....If I weren't, I wouldn't be.....

hehehe something along those lines. Though, maybe you're meaning how do I know I'm physically alive? In this case...I think it's just the best way to go about things here...accepting that I am physically alive, even though it more often feels like the real "I" is not dependant on anything physical. But then, It is All connected either way, right?
