I heard from a friend that where healthcare and schooling costs 2billion military will cost 20billion and narcotics will cost 30billion... or something like that kinda ratio

Just imagine how much the world would be changed if those numbers where flipped around, for every 20 billion in education, they would spend 2 billion in military. That would be a great start.
